+ I've never done an organized workout before? Will I be able to handle this?
More than half of our members have never been a part of a fitness program before. The thing that makes Big Girlz Move unique is that you will see girls that are at your same experience level working out right along with you in the videos. You will feel good knowing that if they can do it, so can you.
+ I've never taken health supplements before, are they safe for me to try?
Yes, all of our supplements are safe for people of all backgrounds, ages, and experience. If you have any specific health concerns you can consult your doctor to confirm the products are right for you.
+ Why is gut health important?
There has been tons of new research in the past 5 years about how gut health is extremely important to your overall health and wellness. Things like the gut/brain connection are also strong indicators that, not only is gut health good for your body and heart, but also for having a sharp mind to be able to stay focused and positive as you work through your journey to become a better you.
+ How often can I use the superfood product as a meal replacement?
You should be able to replace at least 1-2 meals a day with the Big Girlz Move superfood blends. Each of them have over 70 ingredients that your body craves as you start working out. It's a great substitute for a whole meal or even as a mid-day snack to help fight cravings for junk food and other items that are difficult to stop eating.
+ Can I attend in-person workouts with Ted?
Yes, follow Ted on IG @biggirlz_move for exclusive info on in-person training, located in the metro Atlanta area. Ted will also be doing country-wide tours in a city near you so be on the lookout for his fitness tour schedule if you want to attend when he's close by.
+ What do I do if I find some of the stuff Ted says offensive?
Ted will never say anything to you that he knows may hurt your feelings, embarrass you, or cause you to not get the best workout you can. He is definitely a little unconventional in his approach, but if you ask any of the women that have been in the program for a while, they all know that it comes from a place love and compassion. Ultimately, Ted wants what's best for you. If you ever have an issue personally, just reach out to us. And pleas remember, your success is Ted's top priority.
+ How will I receive my diet plan when I begin my membership?
A PDF of the diet plan will be sent to you via the email address you provide us at check-out or can be access logging into your account and downloading the PDF. The diet plan does not include any food, but rather a blueprint of meals and different items that can help give you a jumpstart to create more informed eating habits with a specific end goal in mind.
+ How many women has Ted trained?
Over 150,000 if you count all in- person and virtual clients. And we're on a mission to help our clients lose a total of one million pounds nationally! Ted truly loves what he does and he has never met a woman that he can't help make major changes in her life both mentally and physically.
