Just some 5-10 lb weights, and tennis shoes. But you can start today without them.
You can use your phone, tablet, computer, or smart TV.
Between 15 and 17 minutes each.
Ted recommends that you eat 2 hours before each workout, and have a snack right after. And since the workouts are short try to drink after working out instead of during.
